Below are some answers to common problems with ComicsOnCDRom discs. If your problem is not listed please send email to tech@comicsoncdrom.com and we will try to get back to you within 48 hours
1) My System cannot read the cdrom in my CD drive.
  • Did you install the setup program on the cdrom before you tried to look at the contents of the cdrom? If not, please install the setup and when you are done, double-click on the Graffix Multimedia icon that is left on your desktop. This should start up your browser and access the CD.
  • This may be related to the disk format. If you have this problem, please send email to tech@comicsoncdrom.com and we will give you a return authorization # . We will replace the CD-ROM you are having difficulty with.
2) I cannot get very clear images on my monitor.
  • This problem is related to your monitor or video card. the better your monitor resolution, the better the display will be. A VGA monitor with a dot resolution of .29 will not show a clear image. A dot resolution of .22 will show a crystal clear image.
